Properly drafted deeds ensure your property is owned and transferred exactly as you intend. We help clients transfer property into or out of a trust, prepare grant deeds, and handle other real estate ownership changes, making the process clear, accurate, and seamless.

Deeds will be charged at the hourly rate of $325.00 with a one hour minimum.

Recording costs must be paid separately.

For other legal services not included in the listed packages, clients will be charged an hourly rate of $325.00.
