• 2 Pour Over Wills

• 2 Durable Powers of Attorney

• 2 California Uniform Powers of Attorney

• 2 Healthcare Powers of Attorney

• 2 HIPPA Authorizations

• 1 Certificates of Trust

• 1 Assignment of Personal Property

• Any deeds necessary to transfer your real property into the trust

  This package starts at $3,000 for PDF versions of these documents. If you would like our office to print these documents and assemble them in a binder for you, please be aware that there is an addition fee of $200 for printing costs.

  We do not notarize documents in-house, but we would be happy to arrange a meeting with a notary on your behalf.
