This Trust Package for a single individual includes the following documents necessary to safeguard your interests:

• 1 Revocable Living Trust

• 1 Pour Over Will

• 1 Durable Power of Attorney

• 1 California Uniform Power of Attorney

• 1 Healthcare Power of Attorney

• 1 HIPPA Authorization

• 1 Certificate of Trust

• 1 Assignment of Personal Property

• Any deeds necessary to transfer your real property into the trust

  This package starts at $2,500 for PDF versions of these documents. If you would like our office to print these documents and assemble them in a binder for you, please be aware that there is an addition fee of $200 for printing costs.

  We do not notarize documents in-house, but we would be happy to arrange a meeting with a notary on your behalf.
